earph Terms & Conditions

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply:

• "earph," "the Company," "we," "us," "our" refers to the earph online casino platform, accessible at earph.app, and its operators.
• "Player," "you," "your" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the earph platform in any capacity.

• "Real Money Funds" refers to funds deposited by the player from their own financial accounts via approved payment methods.

2.1 Age Requirement

The earph platform is strictly restricted to individuals who are at least twenty-one (21) years of age. By registering an account, you represent and warrant that you are 21 years of age or older. earph reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend or permanently close any account where the age requirement cannot be verified.

2.2 Geographic Eligibility

It is your sole responsibility to ensure that accessing and using the earph platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. earph makes no representation that the platform is appropriate or available for use in locations outside the Philippines. Access from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited is strictly forbidden.

2.3 Registration Requirements

To register an earph account, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, valid email address, and mobile number. You agree to maintain and promptly update your registration information to keep it accurate and current. earph reserves the right to verify all registration information and to request supporting documentation at any time.

2.4 One Account Policy

Each player is permitted to hold only one (1) active earph account. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, earph reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void all pending bets, and forfeit all balances across those accounts without prior notice.

2.5 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your earph login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or account access with any third party. earph will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials. You must notify earph immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

3.1 Accepted Payment Methods

earph accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following approved payment methods for Philippine players: GCash, PayMaya / Maya, and direct bank transfer to major Philippine banks including BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, and Security Bank. Debit cards linked to Philippine bank accounts may also be accepted where available.

3.2 Deposit Terms

The minimum deposit amount on earph is ₱50. All deposits must be made from payment accounts registered in your own name. earph does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. Deposits are credited to your earph wallet upon confirmation from the payment provider. earph is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.

3.3 Withdrawal Terms

Withdrawals may only be made to payment accounts registered in the same name as your earph account. Before any withdrawal is processed, earph may require completion of identity verification (KYC) procedures, including submission of a valid government-issued ID and proof of address. Minimum withdrawal amounts and processing times are as published on the earph platform and may be updated from time to time.

3.4 Anti-Money Laundering

earph is committed to compliance with Philippine anti-money laundering laws and regulations. earph reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on any account, to request documentation of the source of funds, and to report suspicious transactions to the appropriate authorities as required by law. Deposits made without the intention to wager — for the purpose of cycling funds through the platform — are strictly prohibited.

4.1 Game Availability

earph offers a library of online casino games including but not limited to slot games, Megaways slots, live dealer games (baccarat, roulette, blackjack, Dragon Tiger, Sic Bo), bingo, keno, virtual games, and game shows. The availability of specific games may vary and earph reserves the right to add, modify, or remove games from the platform at any time without prior notice.

4.2 Random Number Generation

4.3 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the earph platform and will result in immediate account suspension, termination , and forfeiture of all funds:

• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors in games or the platform for financial gain
• Collusion with other players to gain an unfair advantage

4.4 Disconnection Policy

In the event of a disconnection during a game round, earph's system will complete the round according to the game's rules and the state of play at the time of disconnection. earph is not liable for losses resulting from disconnections caused by the player's internet service provider, device, or network. Players are advised to ensure a stable internet connection before commencing play.

4.5 Disputed Game Results

If you believe a game result is incorrect, you must notify earph customer support within seventy-two (72) hours of the disputed event. earph will investigate the matter using server-side game logs, which constitute the definitive record of all game activity. The decision of earph following such investigation shall be final and binding.

5.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives offered by earph are subject to specific terms and conditions published alongside each promotion. In the event of any conflict between a promotion's specific terms and these general Terms & Conditions, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail for that promotion only.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds credited to your earph account are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier will be clearly stated in the terms of each promotion. Until wagering requirements are fully satisfied, bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds cannot be withdrawn. Real money funds deposited alongside a bonus may be subject to withdrawal restrictions until the bonus wagering requirement is met, depending on the specific promotion terms.

5.3 Bonus Expiry

All bonuses carry an expiry period as specified in the relevant promotion terms. Bonus funds and associated winnings that have not been wagered to the required level within the expiry period will be automatically removed from your account without notice. earph is not obligated to provide advance warning of bonus expiry.

5.4 Bonus Abuse

earph actively monitors accounts for bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, placing low-risk or hedged bets designed to meet wagering requirements without genuine risk, and exploiting promotional terms in a manner inconsistent with their intended purpose. Where bonus abuse is identified, earph reserves the right to void the bonus, cancel associated winnings, and suspend or terminate the account.

5.5 Promotion Modifications

earph reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time. Changes to ongoing promotions will be communicated via the platform. Continued participation in a promotion following notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

earph is committed to promoting responsible gaming and takes its duty of care to players seriously. The following responsible gaming provisions form part of these Terms & Conditions and are binding on both earph and all registered players.

6.1 Player Responsibility

You acknowledge that gambling carries inherent financial risk and that outcomes are determined by chance. You agree to gamble only with funds you can afford to lose, to set personal limits on your gaming activity, and to seek help if you believe your gambling is causing harm to yourself or others. earph strongly encourages all players to make use of the responsible gaming tools available within their account settings.

6.2 Responsible Gaming Tools

earph provides the following responsible gaming tools to all registered players, accessible directly from the account settings panel:

Players who attempt to circumvent a self-exclusion by creating new accounts will have those accounts closed and balances forfeited.

6.4 Minor Protection

earph strictly prohibits access by individuals under 21 years of age. If you are aware of a minor who has accessed or is attempting to access the earph platform, please contact our support team immediately. earph recommends that players with children in their household use parental control software to prevent unauthorized access to gambling websites.

All content on the earph platform — including but not limited to the earph brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, game interfaces, software, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of earph or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the earph platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This license does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any earph content without prior written consent
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on earph content
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any earph software
• Use earph's brand name, logo, or trademarks in any manner without prior written authorization
• Frame or mirror any portion of the earph platform on any other website or platform

Any unauthorized use of earph's intellectual property will result in immediate account termination and may give rise to legal action.

8.1 Platform Availability

earph endeavors to maintain continuous platform availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. The platform may be temporarily unavailable due to scheduled maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond earph's reasonable control. earph shall not be liable for any loss or inconvenience arising from platform downtime.

8.2 Exclusion of Consequential Loss

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, earph shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the earph platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.

8.3 Maximum Liability

earph's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with these Terms & Conditions, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player into their earph account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

8.4 Force Majeure

earph shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance of its obligations under these Terms & Conditions where such failure or delay results from circumstances beyond earph's reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, government actions, power failures, internet outages, or civil unrest.

9.1 Termination by earph

earph reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions
• Provision of false, inaccurate, or misleading registration information
• Failure to satisfy age or identity verification requirements
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct
• Chargebacks or reversal of legitimate deposits
• Bonus abuse or exploitation of promotional terms
• Use of the platform from a prohibited jurisdiction
• Any conduct that earph reasonably believes poses a risk to the integrity of the platform or other players

9.2 Effect of Termination

Upon termination of an account for breach of these Terms & Conditions, earph reserves the right to forfeit any remaining wallet balance, void pending bets, and cancel any active bonuses. Where an account is closed for reasons other than breach — such as a player-initiated closure or self-exclusion — any verified real money balance will be returned to the player via their registered payment method, subject to completion of any applicable KYC requirements.

9.3 Termination by Player

You may close your earph account at any time by contacting customer support. Account closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days. Any verified real money balance will be returned to your registered payment method following completion of identity verification. Bonus funds and associated winnings that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.

10.1 Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. The earph platform operates in compliance with applicable Philippine gaming regulations, including those administered by PAGCOR.

10.2 Dispute Resolution

In the event of any dispute arising from your use of the earph platform, you agree to first contact earph customer support to seek an informal resolution. earph will endeavor to resolve all disputes within fourteen (14) business days of receiving a formal written complaint. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be submitted to the appropriate regulatory or judicial authority in the Philippines.

10.3 Language

These Terms & Conditions are written in English. In the event of any inconsistency between an English version and any translated version, the English version shall prevail.

10.4 Severability

If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be deemed severed from the remaining terms, which shall continue in full force and effect.

earph reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via email or a prominent notice on the earph platform at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, where practicable. Minor changes — such as corrections of typographical errors or clarifications that do not alter the substance of the terms — may be made without prior notice.

Your continued use of the earph platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to the revised terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 9.3 above.
